Now the game has been re-released on multiple platforms, including PC via Steam. if you&#8217;re looking on how to enable Metal Wolf Chaos XD Borderless Windowed Mode, here&#8217;s what you have to do.<\/p>\n<h2>Enable Metal Wolf Chaos XD Borderless Windowed Mode<\/h2>\n<p>Borderless windowed mode is a very popular display mode in video games. To enable this mode for Metal Chaos Wolf XD on PC, here&#8217;s what you&#8217;ll have to do<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Head over to the folder containing the configuration files, which is &#8220;<strong>&lt;path to game&gt;save<\/strong>&#8221; for <strong>Windows<\/strong> and\u00a0&#8220;<strong>&lt;Steam Folder&gt;\/steamapps\/compatdata\/<abbr title=\"app ID may differ in some cases\">820630<\/abbr>\/pfx\/<\/strong>&#8221; for <strong>Linux<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Open\u00a0<strong>mwcxd.ini<\/strong> with any text editor, like Notepad.<\/li>\n<li>Find &#8220;Mode&#8221; and set the value to <strong>1 for Fullscreen<\/strong> and <strong>2 for Borderless Windows<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Save and exit the file<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>That&#8217;s all you need to do to enable borderless windowed mode on PC.
