One of the best additions is the Apex Legends Ranked Leagues. For example, with the Gold Rank, you&#8217;ll have the following divisions<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Gold IV<\/li>\n<li>Gold III<\/li>\n<li>Gold II<\/li>\n<li>Gold I<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Gold I will be the top division in the Gold Tier, and players will start with Bronze IV by default.<\/p>\n<h3>Ranked Points and Scoring in Apex Legends Ranked Leagues<\/h3>\n<p>Bronze matches are free to enter, but every other tier has a joining price of RP (Ranked Points)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Bronze<\/strong> matches are <strong>free<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Silver<\/strong> matches cost <strong>1RP<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Gold<\/strong> matches cost <strong>2RP<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Platinum<\/strong> matches cost <strong>3RP<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Diamond<\/strong> matches cost <strong>4RP<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Apex Predator<\/strong> matches cost <strong>5RP<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>During each match, you will earn RP, and with that RP you can enter higher tier matches as you level up yourself.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Kills are worth <strong>1RP<\/strong> up to a maximum of <strong>5RP<\/strong> per match<\/li>\n<li>Placing Top 10 is worth <strong>2RP<\/strong>, Top 5 is <strong>4RP<\/strong>, Top 3 earns <strong>7RP<\/strong>, and a win will bank <strong>12RP<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The <strong>maximum amount of RP<\/strong> you can earn per match is <strong>17RP<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"s1wjcqzz-10 lkEbBw\">Ladder Movement<\/h3>\n<p>As you progress, you will climb ranks, and within those ranks, you will either climb or fall in that specific rank. This means that if you&#8217;re currently in <strong>Gold tier<\/strong>, you won&#8217;t be demoted to <strong>Silver<\/strong>, if you keep losing, however, you will be demoted to the previous division within that rank, for example, you could be demoted to <strong>Gold III<\/strong> from <strong>Gold II<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3>Rewards in Apex Legends Ranked Leagues<\/h3>\n<p>With every win, you will keep climbing the ladder, and eventually rank up, but with that, you&#8217;ll also earn <strong>Series 1 rank badges<\/strong> by the end of the season based on your rank by the end of the season itself. There are more rewards that&#8217;ll be given to players as well but will be revealed by the developers later.<\/p>\n<h3>Penalties<\/h3>\n<p>Since this is the competitive mode for the game, players will be given penalties if they do the following actions<\/p>\n<p>Players that leave their teammates during the match will be given a matchmaking penalty in both ranked and regular modes.
