Mortal Kombat 11 just released a day ago across the PC, PS4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch. The launch has gone off pretty well with very few people reporting issues. However, if you are facing issues on your PS4 version, this guide will tell you How to Fix Mortal Kombat 11 Crashing Issues on PS4, PS4 Slim, and PS4 Pro.<\/p>\n

How to Fix Mortal Kombat 11 Crashing Issues on PS4, PS4 Slim, and PS4 Pro<\/h2>\n

The issue with console versions of the games is there is very little that can be done to troubleshoot an issue, most of the times an issue can be fixed by reinstalling the game. Find out how you can delete your current install of Mortal Kombat 11 and reinstall it to fix any issues in the PS4 version.<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Find Mortal Kombat 11 on your XMB or in the games library. Press the Options button<\/strong> on your PS4 controller while selecting the game.<\/li>\n
  2. Select Delete<\/strong>. When the game has deleted, you can now reinsert the disc if you have a physical version of the game, to reinstall it.<\/li>\n
  3. If you own a digital version of the game you have to navigate to your games library and select the game to begin its download again.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Keep in mind that issues in console versions of a game are mainly due to 2 faults. A faulty media (bad disc) or a bad hard drive. If you are still facing crashing issues despite the above steps, try a different physical copy of the game (exchanging your copy at the retailer you bought it from, or borrowing a friends copy). If it fixes your issue, you can scratch it off to a bad disc.<\/p>\n

    If the crashing still persists, you might need to consider that there is a bad sector or a damaged hard drive in play here. You will have to get your hard drive on the PS4 replaced and that will permanently fix this issue and future issues you will otherwise have with games to come.<\/p>\n
