The game came out in Dec last year and has captured a tremendous audience, it is one of the most sought after games on Nintendo Switch. The game has been doing generally well so far, however, that smooth sail might have come to an end as players have been complaining about losing their\u00a0save files. Apparently,\u00a0Piranha Plant for Super Smash Bros Ultimate is the suspect at hand.<\/p>\n<h3>Piranha Plant for Super Smash Bros Ultimate Causing Save Corruption<\/h3>\n<p>Players started tweeting this morning about the problem and now the news has spread to several forums and other Nintendo gaming news related Twitter handles have also warned players.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">PSA: For those who play Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, multiple users are reporting playing as Piranha Plant in All-Star mode can corrupt your save files. <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/0A77mizz1L\">pic.twitter.com\/0A77mizz1L<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&mdash; Splatoon News (@SplatoonNews) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/SplatoonNews\/status\/1090464607783866369?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">January 30, 2019<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>It turns out that playing as the Piranha Plant in All-Star in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is causing save files to get corrupted. If you don&#8217;t normally play the All-Star mode then you should be fine as the problem only seems to arise in All-Star mode granted that you play as the Piranha Plant.<\/p>\n<p>So you have been warned, try to stay away from the mode and the character until a patch is released.
