It features a 3GB RAM and 32GB internal storage. Of course, the storage is expandable using memory cards. Huawei Y7 Prime 2018 features a 13MP + 2MP wide aperture dual lens camera on the back that helps you take photos more intelligibly and with Bokeh effect. The front camera boasts a 8 MP lens with selfie flash toning, designed to enhance your selfie taking experience. It is available in black, gold and blue colors. We&#8217;ll talk more about the phone&#8217;s features as we discuss different aspects of it.<\/p>\n<h2>Huawei Y7 Prime 2018 Design and Display:<\/h2>\n<p>First impression when holding the Y7 Prime 2018 was that it feels really lightweight. Although it has a 5.5 inch body, the screen size is 5.99 inches with an HD 1440&#215;720 FullView display. Like most of the smartphones these days, Y7 Prime also rocks a fingerprint scanner on the back. However, Huawei offers a face unlock feature which is fast, more convenient and allows you to unlock your phone without pressing any buttons.<\/p>\n<p>Since the Huawei Y7 Prime is a budget phone, we weren&#8217;t expecting an absolutely smooth ride when it comes to performance, and the results weren&#8217;t different than our expectations either. We used multiple apps, games, browsers and other tasks to test the performance and see how it affects the phone. Most apps like Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram, Twitter etc worked fine apart from the occasional scrolling lag. Most commonly played games such as PUBG, Injustice 2 etc performed fine without any lag and decent loading times. The only issue we had was the occasional lag. While browsing Chrome, switching between apps and using camera, there were some jitters and an annoying slight lag while scrolling on heavy apps.<\/p>\n<p>As far as battery performance is considered, the 3000 mAh battery does a good job. The phone has a sustainable battery. According to Huawei, on 100% charge it can play 13 hours of videos, and upto 50 hours of music playing. On gaming, playing Asphalt 8 for 45 minutes resulted in 12% decrease, which is actually quite nice for a budget smartphone. It lacks fast charging though, which is a bit questionable because other phones in the same price range are fast charging enabled.<\/p>\n<p>But it should be kept in mind that the Huawei Y7 Prime is a budget phone that falls inthe <strong>range of $200 or roughly Rs 20,000<\/strong>. Therefore it cannot compete with the likes of Samsung S8\/S8+ or OnePlus 5T. But for what it is priced, the Y7 Prime sure proves to provide a smooth experience without any deal breaking issues. Huawei also claims that the device learns users&#8217; habits and patterns and adapts to provide the user with a more helpful and easy experience.<\/p>\n<h2>Huawei Y7 Prime 2018 Camera:<\/h2>\n<p>Camera is one of the most essential features in a smartphone nowadays. After all, everyone loves to take pictures. So how well does the Y7 Prime do when it comes to taking pictures? Let&#8217;s see.<\/p>\n<p>Equipped with dual lens camera on the back, the 13MP lens captures the details of the object, whereas the 2MP one creates the Bokeh effects that make the photo look more professional. The front camera however, proved to be an overall good performer as it took pretty clear pictures in low lighting as well, while the back camera yielded pixelated and fairly colorless pictures in same situation. Overall, considering the price, it&#8217;s a good camera capable of taking nice pictures. Once again, if you&#8217;re looking for professional level photos or at least very high quality photos from a smartphone camera, you might have to increase your budget. Because in the price range of Rs 20,000 which is the cost of Huawei Y7 Prime, this camera is on par with its competitors in the same range, if not better or worse.<\/p>\n<p>Here are some images taken
