It appears that the battles are about to take new heights if we are to believe the posting of the new update which states that Fornite Battle Royale Jetpack will help bring the combat of the legendary battle royale game to new heights.<\/p>\n

While the updates have always been on the mark when it comes to teasing new content for the game, it seems that Fortnite is looking to innovate where other companies have just decided to stick to the classic formula that is tried and tested.<\/p>\n

It is admirable of Epic to take some risk with the mechanics of the game and introduce new elements that make the combat feel unique as opposed to competition so it would be worth seeing how introducing something as major as a jetpack will pan out for fans. While it gives people an aerial advantage, you need to remember it makes you a very visible target.<\/p>\n

It was unfortunate that Epic games had to shut the doors on Paragon to continue the development of Fortnite, but considering the massive popularity of the game and how it is hot on the heels of PlayerUknowns BattleGrounds better known as PUBG,<\/p>\n

Albeit there is no release date for the update, we can hope that it does release later this month for the Xbox One and the PS4 who will definitely enjoy the update tremendously.<\/p>\n

While it does come as a surprise to see something like the Battle Royale Genre stand the true test of time like this, will constant innovation be the reason the game continues to succeed or can it succeed by just sticking to its guns?<\/p>\n

The idea does seem intriguing for the most part but only time will tell whether it will stay in the game.<\/p>\n
