The leaks relating Windows 8.1 Update 2 release date has actually originated from a Russian site. It includes a confidential image leak that indicates the release date. As per details, Windows 8.1 Update 2 release date will be August 12 as a ‘standalone’ update.
We have been hearing of possible Spring release. But to believe in this ‘August 12’ date, it really looks questioning. However, you really can’t take it as an ordinary rumor as Neowin is known for pulling off valid leaks.
