Conditions for Netflix 4K playback on AMD Cards:

This new version of AMD graphics cards drivers contain contain support for DRM Microsoft PlayReady 3.0. What this PlayReady does is, it allows Netflix to retain and protect movies and other content in 4K, simultaneously preventing it from being illegally copied. Therefore, in order to reproduce the same content, having support for the security software is necessary by the GPU.

Other than that, you have to have access to an Active Premium Account on Netflix. You also need to have a display monitor that supports 4K and HDCP 2.2. Last but not the least, access to Microsoft Edge Browser is essential to watch Netflix in 4K.
