The WAR between three Tech Giants i.e. Google, Apple and Microsoft has now gone to cars. After computers and mobiles, it’s time for vehicles to run on operating systems. Three Tech Giants has begun bringing their operating systems for cars i.e. Android Car, Apple CarPlay and Windows in Car. The competition is just in its initial stages today. Google, Apple and Microsoft are now in talks with popular manufacturers to integrate the OS in their cars. However, till yet, Apple has got more car partners than any other. Volkswagen, one of the major and earlier partner of Apple, is all set to introduce iOS based feature in its VW models in 2016. No much details regarding these specifications is revealed yet. However, it seems like Volkswagen is waiting for some more enhancements in CarPlay. Currently, Apple is working on a CarPlay update to allow iOS devices to connect wireless instead of using USB Lightning cable.
