Here is the good news for such users! iH8sn0w has now released the package to have Untethered Jailbreak on iOS 6.1.3 and iOS 6.1.5. So all devices, incompatible to iOS 7, running on iOS 6.1.3 or iOS 6.1.5, can run a Cydia package i.e. p0sixspwn to have untethered jailbreak.
