We have seen Superman mystery games pop up all the time, but this could be the first time that a site outside of 4chan acknowledges the presence of the game in a semi-official capacity. While we can’t really so much to vouch for the way that game system requirement fetches data for the games it catalogs this is too much of a coincidence.
Superman: Worlds Finest – The Next Superhero Game From Rocksteady?
To better give game system requirements some credit, they did list Devil May Cry V on their website a month before it was officially revealed. People have scoured through the listing requirements for the website and have determined that it is impossible for people to manually post their games to the site.
Therefore, it is impossible for you to just add games like Half-Life 3, Red Dead Redemption 3, etc. Whether or not this adds to the credibility of the website is still something that is to be determined. We have seen plenty of rumors pop up in the past which could confirm that Rocksteady is working on a Superman game as of the PS3, but not much official information has ever been brought forth to give us confidence.
Considering Warner Bros owns a domain for supermangame.com and how there have been previous indicators in the past that Rocksteady has been hard at work on a new superhero IP for a long time now.
Keep in mind that the game has yet to make any show at any major game shows or expos, as such we can only continue to speculate at this point on whether or not Rocksteady and Superman share any connection.
