A significant leak has brought forth a possible Black Friday Spider-Man PS4 Bundle which is rumored to cost a mere $200. My instinct tells me right off the bat that this is too good to be true but it doesn’t hurt to at least explore the possibility. Just imagine, a PS4 bundled with the perhaps the most popular game of the year costing only 200 dollars. It will sell like hotcakes for sure and before you know it Wallmart will be reminiscent of a war zone with people hurling each other trying to get their hands on that bad boy.
UPDATE: The console has officially made an appearance on Target’s Black Friday Deals.
Black Friday Spider-Man PS4 Bundle for 199$?
Well, at least that is what the leaked image says. Apparently, the bundle was spotted on WalMart’s website and then quickly taken down. Fortunately, someone had taken a screenshot of the webpage and you can see it below
Now, exactly how credible this leak is we don’t know but the word around the street is that it may as well be legit. People have commented on online forums saying they have seen it themselves on WalMart’s website. However, it is up to you if you want to take their word for it but I would advise to bring out that salt sprinkler just in case.
One thing is certain though, Sony will easily cross that 10 Million units sold milestone(From Oct 1st to Dec 31st) should this rumor be in fact true. At 200 dollars it pretty much becomes an impulse purchase.
There is also another take on this leak, who knows maybe WalMart leaked the picture themselves and took down the original listing to create hype *cue X-files theme*. All jokes aside, I certainly hope that the rumor turns out to be true.
