There are some things that will never change. The sun will rise, the birds will sing and retail copies of highly anticipated AAA titles will leak like clockwork. Many games have done this in the past with some famous examples being God of War 3, Heavy Rain and many more, but when you talk about a certain game that was supposed to come out later this month, God of War PS4 Leaked 2 weeks before its release on the 23rd of April, and people are excitedly posting pictures of their retail copies as we speak!
The following images are courtesy of a reddit user by the name of kemar7856 who was eager to share their finding on /r/PS4.
God of War PS4 Leaked File Size:
You can see that the back of the game shares the most important detail of all, the game requires a massive 50GB of install, giving some truth to rumors that the game would be greater than 45GB.
While many would be skeptical of the game being leaked this early, let us remember that Call of Duty WW2 was also leaked at a similar time frame, and considering the immense popularity of the exclusive, many retail stores are willing to sell early copies to consumers if they’re able to entice the cashier with a handsome chunk of change.
Given this information, it is clear that it won’t be soon until the internet is full of spoilers with the game, so I highly recommend you watch your YouTube Recommended for a while and be wary of where you surf until you get your hands on the game when it releases, or if it is for early sale in your country.
We currently don’t know if the game is behind a Day 1 Patch like Call of Duty WW2 was, which weighed in at a massive 9GB.
With the latest entry in the series now within grasp, let us know in the comments section below whether or not you will be buying the game early. Are you brave enough to resist temptation?
