Earlier this year there were rumors about a potential Snow map coming to PUBG. These rumors were confirmed later on by PUBG Corp. It hasn’t been long that the map Sanhok was released for PUBG and it has received good reviews mostly. The idea of a smaller map with excessive loot is what some people would argue PUBG should have been from the beginning. Nobody likes looting for 15 mins and then being run over by a car. This is why we are hoping that the upcoming PUBG Snow map would also be a 4×4 or at least 6×6 map as opposed to being an 8×8 like Erangle and Miramar. Coming to today’s news, Dataminers have managed to rip into the current Test version of the game and managed to leak the upcoming Snow Map.

The map is apparently called Dihor Otok and the main characteristic of the map is supposed to be the snowy terrain. The scale of the map is not yet known however below are the two images that were leaked online.

The leaked PUBG snow map offers us a general look at the map, however, as you can see the towns and various cities are not yet named. it appears that there’s a lot of mountainous terrain to the north, while it looks like there are more urban areas to the south of the island.

In addition to the map, the Dataminers also found potential assets for what can be a night mode and the addition of the explosive C4. However, little is yet known about these two.

A picture of what could be the asset for C4 was also found by the dataminer. We expect that in the coming days PUBG will have something official to say about the leak, however, there hasn’t been a response from them yet.

The Major PUBG Update that was announced recently is supposed to go live today, you can read all about Update # 21 here.

This is all for now, leave us a comment below on what you think of the upcoming Snow map.
