OnePlus announced the arrival of OnePlus 6. It is their latest and highly anticipated flagship smartphone. The OnePlus 6 was revealed at Copper Box Arena in London in what is termed as perhaps their largest launch event to date. OnePlus 6 specs along with pictures and other details were made public to the viewers.
OnePlus is highly popular for their ability to provide top tier specs in a budget-friendly package. Their latest flagship, the OnePlus 6 offers top of the line specs for half the price of other smartphone giants in the market. The OnePlus 6 is already being termed as an iPhone X killer and we actually agree with that nickname since the OnePlus 6 does resemble the flagship by Apple.

It is apparent that OnePlus has made great strides when it comes to their latest smartphone. The OnePlus 6 Specs shows it is equipped with all the flagship features that are currently on the market. You get a clean Android experience with no bloatware, highly customizable UI with great hardware features. The enormous 6.28 inches display sits beautifully from edge to edge in a bezel-less design. The phone is powered by the flagship standard Snapdragon 845 paired with 6 and 8 gigs of DDR4 RAM, the spec sheet without a doubt looks very appealing, at least on paper. One could argue that its an Android version of Apple’s iPhone X at half the price.
OnePlus has included a dual camera setup with 2 sensors, 16M and 20M respectively. The camera also features optical image stabilization. OnePlus 6 is capable of 4k at 60FPS. The dual sensors provide increased low light sensitivity for bright pictures even in low light conditions.
OnePlus 6 form factor and build
The OnePlus 6 looks absolutely stunning with its bold black glass body and elegant shining surface. Right off the bat, the phone looks premium and stylish. It features a large 6.28-inch screen which takes most of the space at the front. The bezels look fairly thin and yes there is a notch at the top which houses the earpiece and the front camera along with the proximity sensor.
At the back sits the dual camera setup followed by the flashlight and then the fingerprint scanner. We especially like the position of the fingerprint scanner as that is where the middle finger rests naturally while holding the phone. There are no physical keys at the front.
OnePlus 6 Price and Availability
The OnePlus 6 will go on sale for $529 in US and 469£ in the UK. Sales will begin on 21 May 2018.
