Nokia’s first Android phone i.e. Nokia Normandy to come later this month

Nokia Normandy is again back breaking all the silence. We already have seen some of its prototype leaks last month. However this time, the news is regarding Nokia Normandy’s release. As expected earlier, Nokia is going to unveil its low-end smartphone later this month in MWC 2014, Barcelona. Thanks to Wall Street Journal for reporting this!

Coming to some of the specs of Nokia Normandy, the low-end Android phone will feature a 4-inch display. The camera will be a 5MP Camera. The handset will be powered by dual core processor and 512MB RAM. As far as storage is concerned, you will be given only 4GB space.

So what sort of Android version Nokia Normandy will have? According to sources, the Android version will be highly customized. You will have no access to Google Play Store and many other Google apps. Nokia will feature its own store with all the required apps i.e. Facebook, Twitter, Skype etc.

Really don’t know why Nokia considered making this handset? Previously I also considered it a rumor but now things going bit true. What your comment, guys? Don’t forget to stay tuned to catch more stuff regarding MWC 2014!
