Nioh 2 Save Game location on PC (Steam version)

Nioh 2 Save Game location

Nioh 2

Nioh 2 is the follow-up to KOEI TECMO‘s Nioh, which originally came out in 2017. The Nioh series is inspired by the Dark Souls games but adds enough new mechanics and systems to easily stand out on its own. Nioh 2 was exclusively available on PS4 for the entirety of 2020 and is now available on PC via Steam. Players can enjoy high-resolution, frame-rate, and a variety of graphical options. Now, if you want to access the Nioh 2 save game location, here is how you can do that.

Multiple outlets had access to the Nioh 2 PC build over the past week or so, and it’s clear that the game runs very well for the most part. Just like with the first one, a controller is recommended, and keyboard and mouse support is definitely limited. Nioh 2 will also have DLSS support, which means that players can gain massive frames if they are using NVIDIA’s RTX GPUs. Sadly though, the game was not available for pre-load on Steam, which is pretty annoying for a game that has a massive download size.

If you are on PC, there could be many reasons you’d want to access your saved files. Whether it’s to have a fresh start, or just simply back those up. Nioh 2 features cloud saves as well, and an online connection is required for PvP, and co-op. To access your save files, however, you can follow the steps below.

So far, impressions of the PC port have been solid, and this week or so of testing has allowed KOEI TECMO to take note of some bugs as well. The competition edition has been available for pre-purchase for some time now, and it includes all the expansions as well. While the wait was agonizing, it really is worth it, especially when PC players are getting all the extra content in a complete package.
