This new Android concept brings four buttons to your smartphone via NFC tag

We continue hearing new concepts regarding Apple products. But, what about Android platform? Android platform, being open-source, is also creative enough to innovate and support new concepts. Considering this, some folks have come up with a new Android concept.

The new Android concept named as ‘Dimple’ helps you in customizing your smartphone. Now, you can bring four extra buttons to your Android phone. Each button can be programmed to do a particular task. It can be anything i.e. turning the flash light on, capturing an image, controlling music etc. Well, the Dimple concept make use of NFC tag to perform the functionality. Hence, you need to have NFC equipped smartphone to enjoy this new Android concept. According to an estimate, about 800 Android devices are compatible with this Dimple concept at the moment.

The new Android concept tags are thin enough i.e. 0.5mm. This removes your thoughts that after adding NFC sticker, your device will become somewhat thick. Dimple concept will soon be made available to public for about $26.99. However, before that, the folks behind Dimple concept are launching a funding campaign on 6th May to support their research and make the concept more beautiful, stylish and creative. The campaign will undergo at Indiegogo.
