Windows Phone 8.1 public version has now started rolling out via OTA update. Hopefully, all the WP users will get the update by mid of July. Afterwards, Microsoft will be rolling out Window Phone 8.1 Update 1 in few weeks. This update will bring Native Folder support for Windows Phone.
Native Folder support is already there on Android and iOS platform. Once the support has arrived, all you need is to hold a live tile and drag it over another tile. This will place them in a folder and ask you to suggest a name. You can then add more tiles by dropping over this one. The feature will be limited to Start Screen only. Along with this, Windows Phone 8.1 Update 1 will also let you to move or resize the folder. You can even drag the unwanted apps out of the folder.
The accidental leak shows that Microsoft has almost achieved the Native Folder support. And now, it is planning to add some more features in Windows Phone 8.1 Update 1. It may termed as ‘Windows Phone 8.1 GDR 1’,
