Microsoft Ends Support for Windows Vista

Windows Vista-f

Support for Windows Vista has been ended by Microsoft. Microsoft released a major update to Windows 10 and Windows Vista reached its end of life. The latest service pack available for Vista is service pack 2. End of support means that Vista will no longer receive mainstream or security updates from Microsoft. So if you want new features in your OS and want to stay secure, you should upgrade to Windows 10.

Windows Vista was released 10 years ago in 2007. It came out when the Windows XP was the most popular operating system. Windows XP was released in 2001 and it got its 3rd service pack in 2008 after the launch of Windows Vista. Which shows the popularity of Windows XP and how much people loved it.

Support for Windows XP ended in 2014 and people started to jump to Windows 7 which also dominated the market for a long time. Now it’s the era of Windows 10 which keeps getting new feature updates from Microsoft for free. You should upgrade to Windows 10
