Finally, at CES 2017 Intel official launched its new 7th Generation Kaby Lake processors for the consumer market along with few laptops and pc currently supporting. Judging from the benchmarks and performance charts this is just a mid-season refresh to the processor build though architecture is same as the 6th Gen Skylake processors. Though this new generation focus is about graphics performance and 4K video streaming. These new processors are also power efficient and removed the “m” series processors. According to Intel, the new generation comes with 2 series one focus on performance and other on power efficiency.
Those who are wanting to upgrade their PC’s was waiting for this reveal. Well luckily all the major manufactured have also refreshed their model lines with 7th Gen processors. But bummer to those who just recently bought new laptops they will be stuck with 6th Gen.

Dell XPS 2-IN-1
Dell XPS 2-IN-1 is undoubtedly, an all in one package for domestic as well as professional laptop users. HP ELITEBOOK X360
You can’t expect HP’s most popular series i.e. Elitebook, to be left out when it comes to hardware upgrades. Whether it’s the silvery-white colour choice or matte-black keyboard, classiness is what which is expected and what we get from the looks of Elitebook X360.
And not only the classy looks, but HP’s new security measures are making its new laptops, including this one, more and more secure even for being used under public hotspots.
The EliteBook x360 features an elegant, silver unibody chassis like the Spectre, but manages to keep it a little classier by maintaining a uniform finish across the board. This whole thing is silvery-white, aside from the display and matte-black keyboard.
With a 7th-generation Intel Core i5 processor, 8GB of RAM to start, and a 1080p display, the EliteBook will retail for $1,250 once it hits the market later this year.
HP SPECTRE X360 15-Inch
Elitebook wasn’t the only good series introducing having 7th Generation Intel Processors by HP. The Spectre series introduced HP Spectre x360 15-Inch. Along with a large 15-inch display, it also comes with 4k resolution and 16 GB of RAM. All of this comes with a little con, its weight of 4.4 pounds, which doesn’t exactly seem a con when we see what we get with this price.
HP Spectre X360 15-Inch provides 12 hours of battery life while at the same time providing you with 4k laptop and tablet experience.
LENOVO THINKPAD X1 CARBON
Lenovo’s Thinkpad series is what comes to your mind when we think of Lenovo’s best series when it comes to reliability and reputation. Maintaining which, 2017 brings THINKPAD X1 CARBON. This surprisingly light weight and extremely thin machine, weighing just a couple and a half pounds is sure the most concise thing you can get in the base price of $1349.

LENOVO LEGION Y720
Calling Lenovo Legion Y720 “a gamer’s dream” won’t exactly be wrong in anyway. It’s a whole package for gamers. Whether it is its 17-inched screen, 4K display, GTX 1060 or 7th generation processor, you can’t just get enough of it and that’s not even all yet. It also has built in Xbox One receiver and the capabilities of being a mobile VR station. Making you able to even play those games in VR, which aren’t even available in VR. YES, you read it write. That’s what its ‘BR Upscaling’ feature does. Cool, right?
Besides these and many others, the one that also stood high in CES 2017 was this immensely expensive gem by ACER.
ACER PREDATOR 21X
This laptop makes you rethink about the credibility of famous ‘Laptops can never be as good gaming stations as desktops’ statement. In fact, if I take the liberty, I will call this one a mobile desktop. This 4.85 pounds’ machine with GTX 1070/1060 can run any of your games run like it’s as light as mine craft. Mechanical keyboard, curved screen is not even the best when it comes to its features. Though the price of all of this is its thickness, weight and cost (which is huge by the way). Didn’t call it ‘Mobile Gaming Desktop’ for nothing!
