La-Mulana 2 Release Date

La-Mulana 2

La-Mulana 2 is a sequel to the La-Mulana which are a Metroidvania-style archaeological ruin exploration action games. The game is being published by AGM PLAYISM and developed NIGORO. The game came out last year on PC, and now the La-Mulana 2 Release Date for consoles has been announced.

La-Mulana 2 Release Date for Consoles

La-Mulana 2 is headed to Xbox One, PS4 and Nintendo Switch on June 27th, 2019. This is, however, the Japanese release date, and the worldwide release date hasn’t been announced yet. Here’s the release date announcement trailer

Both Nintendo Switch and PS4 versions will have physical and digital versions available, while the Xbox One version will be digital only. Check out the physical edition covers below

Pre-Orders for the game will go live today and the digital edition will cost 2,980 yen while the physical edition will cost 3,980 yen. First-print copies of the physical edition includes the “La-Mulana Journey” original soundtrack CD and the “Adventurer’s Notebook” memo book.

The game is already available on PC and the system requirements aren’t that high and even very old PCs will have no trouble playing this title, so if you can’t wait for the console release and still want to play it, you can always get it on Steam.

We expect the game to have a worldwide release this year as well, and its general reception on Steam is very positive, so if the console sales do well in Japan, they can easily distribute worldwide too.

If you’re a Nintendo Switch user, you’ll be glad to know that NetherRealm’s upcoming Mortal Kombat 11 will be running at 60 FPS on the console. Read all about it here.
