Teardown is a physics-based sandbox game from Tuxedo Labs. At the moment, the game has launched in an early access state, meaning there are technical issues. Here is how you can fix any Teardown Screen Tearing you are getting while playing the game.

The game came released on Steam on 29th October, and since then, it has overwhelmingly positive user reviews.

According to the developers, the game is currently best played at 60HZ. To reduce the level of tearing, follow the methods below.

Method 1: Switch to Borderless Mode

Make sure you are running the game in Borderless windowed mode.

Method 2: Turn on Vsync

If borderless windowed mode didn’t help, try running the game with vsync enable, while you are in borderless windowed mode. You can also force vsync through your GPU control panel if the in-game setting doesn’t make a difference.
