If the game isn’t launching through Steam, you can always try running it directly from the folder.
To do this, head over to where the game is installed
- Open the respective x86 or x64 folder that fits your machine
- Here, you will find the Hades.exe
- Right-click it, and select Properties, and select the Compatibility tab
- Now, click on Run this program as an administrator
Fix 6: Download the latest Visual C++ redistributable
Make sure you have downloaded and installed the latest Visual C++ redistributable.
Fix 7: Download the D3DCOMPILER_47.DLL
Now, a few users have noted that downloading this dll file and placing it in the Hades.exe folder has fixed the game for them. You can download this from the following link.
