Genshin Impact is a free-to-play, open-world action role-playing gacha video game from miHoYo. The game is now available on PC, PS4, and mobile devices. If you are on the PC version and are running into the Genshin Impact Resolution Issue where it doesn’t work properly, here is how you can fix it.
The game is also available on both Android and iOS mobile devices for free.
Genshin Impact Resolution Issue
If you are on PC, and can’t seem to get the game running in the correct resolution, follow the steps below to fix that.
- Head over to where the game is installed
- Right-click on the launcher, and select Properties
- Now, head over to the Compatibility tab
- Here, under Settings, click on Change high DPI Settings
- Now, under High DPI scaling override select Override high DPI scaling behavior and set it to Application. As shown below
After applying all these settings, restart the launcher, and the game should render at the correct resolution.
