If you are on the Android version of Genshin Impact, and are running into the 31-4302 error. Here is how you can fix it.

Head over to the following location

Internal Storage > Android > data > com.miHoYo.GenshinImpact

Now, copy the folder named “com.miHoYo.GenshinImpact” in another location
Uninstall Genshin Impact
Install either Tap Tap Global or QooApp or APKPure, and using those download Genshin Impact
After the download and installation are complete, DON’T LAUNCH THE GAME YET, Instead, go to the “com.miHoYo.GenshinImpact” copy you made
Hold tap on that folder, and then press “Move”
Navigate back to Internal Storage > Android > data and paste it there
