Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout is a multiplayer video game from Mediatonic and Devolver Digital. The title is available on PC via Steam and on PS4. PS Plus players have gotten the title for free, and you can now hop into the title. If you are running into any issues related to Fall Guys Ultrawide resolutions, here’s how you can adjust those.
There are over 52k concurrent players playing the title on Steam, and it seems to be a hit. It is rolling out in various PSN regions as we speak as well.
Fix Fall Guys Ultrawide Issues
By default, Fall Guys doesn’t support every Ultrawide resolution, but you can set it manually to custom resolutions.
To fix this, you will need to download Hex
After you have installed it. Follow the steps below.
- Run HxD and then click File and choose the Fall Guys’ Unity Player file (”UnityPlayer.dll” in \steamapps\common\Fall Guys)
- Now, press Ctrl+R on your keyboad and select “Hex-values”
- After this click on Search Direction “All”
- Search for 39 8E E3 3F and change it with 8E E3 18 40 for 3440×1440 (see below for more resolution values)
- Press Change everything (bottom middle option)
- Go to the top left of the application and save it in the destination where the normal exe for Fall Guys is present, replacing it with the old one
Here are some other hex values for various resolutions
- 2560×1080 = 26 B4 17 40
- 3440×1440 = 8E E3 18 40
- 3840×1080 = 39 8E 63 40
- 3840×1440 = AB AA 2A 40
- 3840×1600 = 9A 99 19 40
- 3840×1620 = 26 B4 17 40
- 5120×1440 = 39 8E 63 40
- 5120×2160 = 26 B4 17 40
- 6880×2880 = 8E E3 18 40
