The wait is finally over, and Cyberpunk 2077, the most highly anticipated game of the year is here, and ready to be played. Players on PC and consoles have access to the massive open-world RPG from the developers of The Witcher 3. There have been multiple delays over the year, but despite all the extra effort put into releasing the game, there are still a great number of bugs and technical problems. If you want to disable the Cyberpunk 2077 Mouse smoothing, here is how you can do it.

Just to be on the safe side, it is recommended that you are always on the updated drivers of your GPU, and even your mouse software. Sometimes the issue isn’t with the game, but the outdated peripheral drivers. It always helps if a game has options to turn most features off in a PC game however.

By default, there is a weird mouse smoothing effect in the game when you try to play the game with a mouse and keyboard. There isn’t an option in-game or in the configuration files that explicitly mention mouse smoothing. However, you can reduce the intensity of it by following the steps below.

For the most part, this will disable whatever weird smoothing effect the game is using. You can also disable any form of aim assist and see if that helps you as well. Strangely enough, some users have noted that updating their GPU drivers seems to have made the smoothing effect much more tolerable as well.
