Experiment 101 has released their latest instalment, BIOMUTANT. The ex-developers of Just Cause and the developers of Mad Max have acquired thousands of players for BIOMUTANT on Steam and Epic Games in only a few days of its release. However, one issue many players have with the BIOMUTANT is that they can’t change the FoV.
If you’re playing the game on a widescreen monitor, the limited FoV can be bothersome. Unfortunately, there’s no way to change it in-game. Luckily, we know how you do it from outside the game instead. In this article, we will exactly how you can change the FoV in BIOMUTANT on PC.

How To Change The FoV In BIOMUTANT On PC?
- Press WIN + R on your keyboard or open Run from the Start menu on your desktop.
- Once opened, type in %LOCALAPPDATA% and press ENTER. This will open the Local folder in the AppData folder on your PC.
- From there, find the folder Biomutant and open it.
- Open the Saved folder.
- Go into the Config folder.
- Open the WindowsNoEditor folder.
- Find and open the GameUserSettings.ini file.
- Find the command line that starts with “FieldOfView” and change the value to your desired FoV one. For instance, FieldOfView=125.
- Save the file.
You can also copy-paste the command below on the bar next to the Search bar on File Explorer to directly open the WindowsNoEditor folder on your PC. Simply replace the “UserID” with your own!
C:\Users\UserID\AppData\Local\Biomutant\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor
