Change Detroit: Become Human FPS Limit

By default, the game doesn’t let you set a custom FPS limit. To fix that, follow the steps below.
Head over to the game’s directory, and open the following file using any text editor, like Notepad

GraphicOptions.JSON

Fine FRAME_RATE_LIMIT, and set it to the following values for the desired effect

For Unlimited FPS, Set it "FRAME_RATE_LIMIT": 4
For 144 FPS       Set it "FRAME_RATE_LIMIT": 3
For 90 FPS        Set it "FRAME_RATE_LIMIT": 2

Keep in mind that changing any of the limit values in-game will reset these. Make sure you edit this at the end.
