Hackers will Attack Pokémon GO Servers Again on 1st August

Pokémon

Pokémon GO servers were offline on the 16th of July. According to Niantic servers were down because of the sheer amount of people wanting to play the game. But Poodle Corp says otherwise. On the day the servers went haywire PoodleCorp tweeted “PokemonGo #Offline #PoodleCorp” so we assume that’s what happened.

Poodle Corp?

For those of you who don’t know who Poodle Corp is, it is a group or organization that hack into accounts of, or DDoS famous internet entities. In an interview with KEEMSTAR they said that they do these things only to create chaos.

Poodle Corps latest tweet suggests that they are going to take down the Pokemon GO servers on the first of August for a whole day using botnet.

The tweet said “August 1st #PoodleCorp #PokemonGo”.

So people better plan on doing something else on Aug 1st cause Pokémon Go won’t be an option.
