Google Now Launcher now Available for All Android Devices

Google Now launcher was introduced with the Nexus 5 and Android 4.4 KitKat. With Google Now Launcher, Google Now is just a swipe away from your home screen.  You can access all the Google Now survices by swiping the screen to right and you can search from search bar by taping the mic icon, typing your search query or by simply saying the hot word, “Ok Google”.

Google Now launches was already available for Google Play Edition devices, Nexus Devices and all other devices running Android 4.4 KitKat. But now Google has made its launcher available to all other Android devices running Android 4.1 Jelly Bean and above. Google announced this on Android Twitter page that now all Android devices running Jelly Bean and KitKat will be able to enjoy the simplicity of Google Now Launcher.

Now people with other than Nexus devices will be able to enjoy both the Stock android experience and their respective launcher’s experience as well. Google is making Google made apps, like Google Camera, Google Calender and Google Keyboard, available to as many Android devices as possible to make Android experience even better.
