Different companies are buying other small companies in today’s World. It was in rumors for sometime now that Google is going to buy the Songza Music Service. The rumors have come true and Google announced today that it is going to buy the Songza music streaming service.

Songza is a  intelligent streaming radio service that builds intelligent playlists based on a number of factors, including time, location, and mood. This feature is called “Concierge”.

Google will be integrating its smart playlist creation in Google Play Music and probably in YouTube as well. Now Songza will build your Google Play Music list and you will be able to enjoy your music more according to your mood. In 2011 company made its mobile application and it reached 5.5 million monthly active users. It was said that Google paid about $15 million to buy Songza but now the NewYork Times claims that the deal is  worth over $39 million.
