The demo size is 7.59 GB in total, and your progress will carry over if you get the main game.

If the link isn’t showing up for you on the website, try it through the PS Store of your PS4 or PS4 Pro.
Release Date
The game is headed to PS4 on April 10, 2020.
We’re very excited to finally play the long-awaited demo of the classic title next month, and it’s a good time to be a Final Fantasy fan.
Even though the game was delayed for a bit, we have confidence that the delay was put to good use, and can’t wait to play the full title.
