Currently Steam is the most popular and everyone’s beloved game client and origin always remained under the shadow of it. But now Origin has introduced something really amazing that steam doesn’t have.
Now you will be given 24 hours to refund a game if you do not like it or simply want to return it. There may be some other possibilities of returning the games as well. Like if your system is not able to run it or there are some bugs in games then you can fully refund your game. The 24 hours period start when you launch the name, not when you actually purchase it. Moreover you can return it within 7 days when you purchase the game and didn’t launch it. Or you can refund in 7 days of game launch if you have pre-ordered it.
Refunding process is easy. You have to go to your purchase history in Origin and click the refund option. Then you will be asked a few questions and your order will be fully refunded. This service is similar to service currently available on play store where you can refund an app but there you are given only 15 minutes. Much more time is given by origin. 15 minutes are hardly enough to test any game or app but 24 hours are enough.
This is certainly a good move in right direction.
