Is that too weirdly specific? Yeah I know, sounds unfortunate. But hey, Tuque Games, just developed and released Dungeons & Dragons : Dark Alliance, which is your board game that has come to life in a 3D co-op RPG based environment
The game does have steam cloud saves enabled so you don’t have to worry about losing your save game data. But it would be a shame if that happened anyway in case Steam ever sunk into the Atlantic ocean. If you get paranoid thinking about stuff like that, then fear not because we know where you can find the save file data. Keep reading.
DUNGEONS & DRAGONS: DARK ALLIANCE SAVE FILE LOCATION
You might want to find your save data for various reasons. You might want to back it up locally on your computer or might want to delete it too if your save data got corrupted. Or you might just want to do it to modify and cheat (and yes we do judge!).
- Open File Explorer. You can open it by searching “File Explorer” in the Start menu. It’s also usually pinned to your Taskbar.
- Once opened, go to the storage device you installed Steam in and opened the folder named Steam.
- Find the folder named steamapps and open it.
- Over here you’ll see the common folder and inside that will be the Dungeons & Dragons: Dark Alliance folder.
- Once inside the folder, go to the WindowsNoEditor > CotH > Saved > SaveGames
- In the SaveGames folder, open the folder which has your Steam username on it.
- Finally, you will find the steam_autoclous.vdf file. This file is your save file.
Tech savvy users can open the file faster by taking a look at the address of the path.
