Download OxygenOS 4.1.5 (Android 7.1.1) for OnePlus 3 and 3T

OnePlus 3

The OxygenOS beta was updated recently, and we didn’t really have to wait that long for another release following it. OnePlus 3 and 3T owners have a new update to be excited about; OxygenOS 4.1.5 is going to be available on their devices.

All the changes from recent betas haven’t really been incorporated in this new update, but users are still looking forward to it for its changelog. Even though, it’s a minor update, but who isn’t interested in exploring the vague but enticing list of optimizations? (Humein tou pangay lene ka wese hee shauq hota hai)

So, here are some of the highlights of the OxygenOS 4.1.5:

New Addition:

Updates:

Bug Fixes:

Optimizations:

Other changes:

None of these updates or optimizations is highly exciting, but users reporting reduced battery life due to the last set of updates would welcome the battery optimization in this one. Even though this update includes enhanced system stability, but the “app launch speed improvements” from the recent beta hasn’t made the cut. Also, users could also be annoyed by unwanted advertising that would reach them all thanks to the new “system push notification for important information from OnePlus” addition.

If you still want to update your device, then you can either wait for it to be available or get it manually (an official ROM download version isn’t available yet). Nonetheless, you can use the full OTA zip for the OnePlus 3T as well as a multitude of OTA links for the OnePlus 3T (make sure you follow the instructions carefully).
