Devil May Cry 5 Cracked on day of Release by Scene Groups

Devil May Cry 5 Cracked

Devil May Cry 5

We absolutely loved Devil May Cry 5 and you can read why we feel that way in our extensive review here. The fight between Denuvo and Piracy has been a long one and most titles have been cracked using latest versions of denuvo. Now it seems with Devil May Cry 5 cracked on release, Denuvo is in a dire need of a hefty update.

Devil May Cry 5 Cracked

It was just revealed on the subreddit, CrackWatch, that the denuvo-free crack-only executable has been leaked ahead of its full release on torrent sites. This means that the full and proper release by some scene group is already on its way but this pretty much confirms that hackers have managed to totally bypass and crack the latest version of Denuvo that Devil May Cry 5 was using.

Devil May Cry 5 makes use of the brilliant RE Engine and is running quite well on PC. The game is currently in the top selling list of Steam and has been for some time now, meaning many people have pre-ordered it as well. CAPCOM has assured fans that they consider PC to be a viable platform for their releases and are happy to release ports for it.

TheNerdMag does not support or advocate piracy in any way, though we do hold questionable views regarding DRM, so while we are sharing news regarding cracking, this in no way means we use or advertise said cracks.

Denuvo Vs Piracy

Denuvo’s fight with piracy has been something amazing to witness, scene groups have managed to crack games literally 3 days from release with titles like Hitman 2 but at times pirates had to wait months and months for their favorite games to be available on torrent sites.

Various scene groups have joined hands in the fight against Denuvo, and new groups like FCKDRM are consistently working on new ways to counter the protection implemented by Denuvo.
