Bluestacks lets you run Android apps on Windows. But it is not that optimized and you have to compromise the performance of your Android apps.

But now a new project is appeared on Kickstarter. It is called Console OS. Console OS is designed to use as an secondary Operating System on your Windows PC or you can use it as a standalone OS as well. It is designed to run equally good on touch screens and with Mouse and Keyboards as well.

There is no hands on video or anything about how Console OS will perform and how much time will it take to switch between operating systems. Although Console OS team says that it will take 10 seconds to switch between your Windows and Android. And developers say that it should work better than any Android emulator available right now.

You can donate &10 on the project which will let you get Pro version of this new software and you’ll get updates free for lifetime and OS switching will be faster.
