“Brand New Animal” anime series announced by Studio Trigger, coming 2020
Studio Trigger, one of the popular Japanese animation studios has announced their new anime project which will be coming in 2020. The anime is titled Brand New Animal. Yoh Yoshinari will be directing the new project along with Kazuki Nakashima. More details are expected to be announced soon.

Judging from the key visual, the story seems to take place in a cyberpunk environment with animals as a majority living on the planet. The wolf looking guy looks like a detective while the fox type girl looks his assistance.
About Trigger Studio
In case you’re not familiar with Trigger studio they are a Japanese animation studio founded by former Gainax employees Hiroyuki Imaishi and Masahiko Ōtsuka in August 2011. Throughout the course of almost 8 years, the studio has produced some successful anime some of which became an international hit. They are popular for producing shows like:

- Darling in the FranXX
Yoh Yoshinari will be directing the anime. He has worked on projects like Gurren Laggan, FLCL, Kill la Kill and many more. So, the fans can expect a good direction and production.
