Xiaomi, the Chinese Android smartphones manufacturer has been lately very active in Asian market with its affordable good build quality products. Continue with this trend, it seems like Xiaomi is set to tap Indian market (having more than 1 billion population). According to our friends at XDA, Xiaomi may release a flagship device named “Beryllium / POCOPHONE” in India.

Xioami have recently trademarked a new brand called POCOPHONE, so this new 2018 flagship device may come under this new brand. As rumored, there is a Xioami device with no MIUI or company branding on it. They may launch Beryllium under POCOPHONE name for Indian and International Audience.
Found references in firmware files obtained from FunkyHuawei, the new flagship device has 18:9 ratio display. It may follow 2018 flagship trend and may come with notch for earphone, camera and sensors. According to files, this new POCOPHONE or Beryllium will come with 4000 mAH battery, Android Oreo 8.1 and Dual Cameras.
