Battlefield 5 has been teased recently and the internet has been dissecting the very small teaser video we got and most people have speculated that the game is set in the World War II era. There has been a leak that has basically confirmed that suspicion, check out all the details about it below.
Battlefield 5 leak
The leak comes from Reddit as user DANNYonPC has posted the picture of the Cover Art of the upcoming shooter, check it out below
Yeah, that’s definitely the cover for the game and if you’re unfamiliar with why that confirms the World War II setting, it’s because that is an M1 Carbine and M1911, both weapons famously used in World War II and given the soldier’s attire who looks like an American paratrooper, it can easily be deduced that this is an early World War setting as well.

The game will definitely be making it’s way to PC, PS4 and Xbox One and fans of Battlefield 1 are in for a treat since this game seems like another entry in the franchise that isn’t following the modern shooter thing and instead, going back to the World War era with independent stories like in Battlefield 1.
