Balan Wonderworld is an upcoming action-adventure game from Square Enix and ARZEST. It was announced in the July of 2020, and since then, has become one of the most anticipated titles of 2021. Players can now dive into the world, by trying out the free demo which features a bunch of levels, and content. Alongside the demo, the Balan Wonderworld System Requirements have been officially revealed on Steam as well.

The title is already available for pre-purchase on Nintendo Switch, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and Series S, PC. There aren’t any bonuses for getting it early, and the game is a few months away from its official release. It’s interesting to see Square taking an interest in a 3D platformer, and we are excited to see what the developers bring to the table.

According to these, players don’t exactly need a high-end system to play the game at higher settings. You need something like an RX 480, or GTX 1060 to play at High Settings at 1080p resolution and get 60 FPS. The requirements will indeed go higher if you plan on playing it at 1440p or 4K resolution.

It requires a total of 20 GB of disk space, and 16 GB of RAM is recommended. There is no mention of Windows 7 in the requirements, but we will have to see if that is the case when the game actually launches.

Balan Wonderland is coming to all major platforms on 26th March 2021. We are excited to see how well it runs on PC, and what it adds to the genre. The unique setting of the game allows for a lot of level variety, and it will be interesting to see how far they go with it. Games like A Hat in Time have done very well on PC, and Nintendo, and it’s nice to see more developers taking an interest in 3D platformers again.
