Months have now passed since the release of the Android 4.4 KitKat. But now finally the Android version is seeing a boom in its charts. According to a report by Google itself, the Android KitKat has taken over 5.3 percent of the whole Android users. Which, to be mentioned, is twofold of the 2.5 percent that was claimed about a month ago.

There is no enlightenment on the highlights of the jump yet. But the gratitude would go to the wave of KitKat roll-ons from HTC, LG and Samsung. Elder versions of the Android family did lost some of their share in the total user share but it would take much time for Android KitKat to surpass the Jelly Bean, which covers a whopping 61.4 percent of the user. It’s only a matter of time when devices like the Galaxy S5 and the new One goes worldwide and covers some of the user. Which would be greatly in the favor of KitKat.
