Complains coming from around the world about the release of Android 4.3 and mostly from USA that the Android 4.3 came out for Samsung Galaxy S3 or that was only a bluff, as mentioned by the Samsung earlier in November the Update was rolled out but still it is slowly spread in USA and in other parts of world. And now talking about the bugs everyone heard earlier they are now resolved and most of them are still in progress to be resolved.
