Once again, rumors of a new processor by AMD are making rounds after samples of the processor leaked online. The processor in question is AMD Ryzen 7 2700x. Recently, Ryzen 5 2600 was also spotted which a six-core processor. However, the AMD Ryzen 7 2700x is an eight-core processor which is also rumored to have a 300MHZ increase from Ryzen 7 1700x. It is no doubt that the Ryzen 7 2700x specs would be extraordinary among all Ryzen processors.
According to a benchmark, the base clock speed for Ryzen 7 2700x reads at 3.7 GHz and 4.2 GHz in turbo. On the other hand, Ryzen 5 2600 will boast a base clock rate of 3.4 GHz and 3.8 GHz in turbo. However, The fluctuations could also be due to the Extended Frequency Range (XFR) and Precision Boost 2.0.

The rumored AMD Ryzen 7 2700x also fuels the anticipation for the next AMD flagship, the Ryzen 7 2800X. Here also a 300 MHz increase in the clock speeds can be expected.However, it surely will be a challenge for AMD to hit those speeds with the Ryzen 7 2800X while keeping it cool enough for a flawless operation.
Also, concerning the price, currently all AMD Ryzen 7 processors are within 30 euros of one another. However, the Ryzen 7 2800X is expected to be a bit expensive than its predecessors.
